Your photo

When you request previews, your photo is sent through this app's secure server route to the OpenAI Image API solely to create the selected lash or brow results. It is not placed in GoHighLevel or sent through analytics, and OpenAI states that API content is not used to train its models unless an organization explicitly opts in.

This test version does not write photos or results to an application database or storage bucket. Generated previews are returned to your browser tab and clear when the tab is refreshed or closed. OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under its standard API data controls. Before public launch, private temporary storage and an automatic deletion schedule will be added and documented here.

Your contact information

If you claim an offer, we collect the first name, mobile number, and email address you provide, along with your selected service, style, offer, and marketing attribution. In production, this information is sent server-to-server to Lovely Lash & Brows' customer relationship system so the team can follow up about your request.

Communication choices

We ask for communication consent when you claim an offer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and can ask the Lovely Lash & Brows team to update your communication preferences.

What we do not do

• We do not use your photo for model training.
• We do not place your photo in a public gallery.
• We do not send photo content through analytics.
• We do not sell your personal information through this experience.

Questions or deletion requests

Launch contact details and the final production retention policy must be confirmed before public release. Until then, contact Lovely Lash & Brows through its official business channels for privacy questions.
